💳 Refund Policy

At Alif Cars and Travelers, we aim to provide reliable and professional private-hire transport. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.

  1. Cancellations by Customer
    • Bookings cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are fully refundable.
    • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pick-up may be charged in full.
  2. No-Shows

If the passenger fails to show up at the confirmed pick-up point without notice, the fare will not be refunded.

  1. Vehicle or Driver Issues

If we are unable to provide the booked service due to an internal issue (e.g. vehicle breakdown), a full refund will be issued or an alternative arrangement will be offered.

  1. Payment Processing

Refunds are returned using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Booking Acceptance & Refund Policy

All bookings are subject to final acceptance based on driver availability, location, and operational feasibility. Submission of a booking and payment does not guarantee service fulfilment.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking where the journey is not operationally viable or a driver is unavailable at short notice. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on operational workload and banking procedures.
