At Alif Cars and Travelers, we aim to provide reliable and professional private-hire transport. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.
- Cancellations by Customer
β’ Bookings cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are fully refundable.
β’ Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pick-up may be charged in full. - No-Shows
If the passenger fails to show up at the confirmed pick-up point without notice, the fare will not be refunded.
- Vehicle or Driver Issues
If we are unable to provide the booked service due to an internal issue (e.g. vehicle breakdown), a full refund will be issued or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
- Payment Processing
Refunds are returned using the original payment method within 5β10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
